Refund Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

We are not responsible for accidental breakage.

Modifications or cancellations can't be made.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

We are only responsible for the product until it is handed over to the carrier.

The customer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS.

 

International orders:

Currently, certain western countries have established laws that require all packages that come into a particular country to be processed and examined by that country’s Customs Department. Once a package is processed through the Customs Department, it may be charged duties and taxes. These charges are not affiliated with Big Mood.

 

Big Mood has no control over charges applied by the Customs Department nor how long the Customs Department deems necessary to hold and process a package. If you refuse a delivery due to customs due and return your order to us please be advised that you will not receive a refund.
