1. How do I pay? 

Via PayPal, Apple Pay or credit/debit card

2. How long does it take you to ship? 

Please allow us 2-14 business days to process your order. Once processed, depending on which shipping speed was selected at checkout, your items will arrive in 2-3 business days or 1 business day. 

Kindly note that our special order custom pieces take 2-8 weeks to ship out. This time frame is only an estimate, they may arrive sooner or a few days later. If you need other items in your order sooner, please place a separate order for your custom jewelry as orders can't be modified once placed. 

3. Why was my order canceled? 

  •  Any suspicious orders will be canceled. Shipping and billing address must match. 
  •  The Item sold out
  • There is a delay in replenishment of your item(s)

4. Lost or stolen package? 

Big Mood Accessory is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. All sales are on an Incoterms CPT basis- which means that Big Mood Accessory is responsible for the product until we hand it over to the carrier. 

5. Can I cancel my order?  

 Once orders are submitted they can’t be canceled or modified.

6. Can I exchange or return my items?

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. 

7. Is your jewelry lead and nickel free?

We offer high end jewelry and affordable jewelry. All jewelry is lead and nickel free.
